Returns & Exchanges

At Pop Figures, we want you to love your new style, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and protective liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
